We are not responsible for errors that originate from customer-supplied files or approved proofs. This includes:

Proof Approval Process

Before printing begins, customers receive a proof for approval. By approving the proof, you confirm that all information, design elements, colors, and specifications are correct. Once approved, changes cannot be made and the order proceeds to production.

Return Timeframe

Claims for defective products must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us immediately if you notice any issues with your business cards.

How to Initiate a Return

Orders can be cancelled before production begins for a full refund. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping for Returns

If a return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. For returns due to customer error or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged During Shipping

If your business cards arrive damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with the courier and arrange for a replacement or refund.
